Surely this must be *******, false advertising

Even after confirming in writing to me that a product was in deed in stock at the supplier, over two and a half months later it turns out that it never was in stock, nothing has shipped, and the supplier has no idea when it will become available again. This was paid for with credit because a previous product was also never going to arrive, as was the one before that. And they just keep on giving credit to spend on another product that will never arrive. Please, never attempt to buy from RARU.
