Stock levels questionable and return policy is horrible!

I ordered Kingston RAM modules for my MSI laptop which were "in stock", got charged on my credit card for it and all just to receive an email half a week later that the stock is no longer available. So I got a credit note on my account, at that point I should've backed out but being a loyal supporter of these guys from their Take2 and early Takealot days, I decided to give it another shot with an alternative set of Kingston HyperX RAM modules. Delivery took about a week, which is 3 times as long as Takealot's standard delivery. Upon delivery I noticed that the packaging had been opened before but as excited as I was, foolishly I chose to ignore it because there could be a multitude of reasons why the packaging was not sealed. So I installed the RAM into my laptop and at first it seemed to work fine. Then after about a week I got random memory related BSOD crashes and decided to reinstall Windows which continued to do the same even after a fresh install. Ubuntu also crashed due to memory issues and I then decided to rip apart everything, reseated RAM, hard drive etc. and what have you but the issues still persisted. So I decided to kick off a return item process and even opted to swap the RAM for a different brand to see if it makes a difference. I was then informed that there will be a 10% handling fee on the return because it will be returned as an "unwanted gift". At that point I lost it with Raru and told them upfront that the RAM is not working properly in my laptop even though I bought the RAM exactly on specification as per the MSI website. So I ended up asking to have the item returned and refund the remainder of the credit into my bank account. I will never deal with this company again! Horrible, horrible service! Passing the buck to the client to avoid cost incurrence on their side... Way to go to build a loyal and happy customer base! Takealot, I'm sorry I cheated on you...
