Still waiting on delivery a week later

I have ordered 2 items, one of which is at Raru, but the other is at some kind of local supplier. The lead time was 3 days. 3 Days became 5 days and now it is a week after I ordered the items and I have not received a single email from them apologizing for late delivery or anything. It's like the company you are buying from does not exist.

Really thought the people who previously owned Take2 (that later became Takealot) would care more for the customer.
