Still waiting for refund

I ordered a Funko Pop on Raru on the 10th of Nov that was expected to be dispatched in 3-5 days. On the 15th of Nov I received an email stating there was a delay with their supplier, so I requested a refund.

It has been a MONTH and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them several times to inquire about it and they rep**** that it's taking long because of a "refunds backlog".

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never order from them again.
