Stay FAR AWAY from raru

Absolutely shocking service, Placed a order in July, excuse after excuse we requested a refund. Almost 2 months later still no refund. Also heard lots of other people having the same issue. It even was on Radio 702. I have also contacted Wendy Knowler who ran that segment on the radio for assistance in this mess. What they are doing is basically theft. Taking orders and not fulfilling them. How they have fallen, I have ordered with them in the past. But NEVER ever again. You are a bunch of ******!
