STAY away - money *****ing busines model.

The ordered item wasn't available. I've requested a refund - so I can buy it somewhere else (as this was for a BD present) . They still hasn't refund me since 20 of July ! Eventually I couldn't buy the present ! According to the rest of the reviews - this is a normal practice for them i.e. this is their business model. We support their cash-flow and salaries. Disgusting !
