Stay away from Raru

Bought an item at Ruru but decided to get it elsewhere. When I asked for a refund I was told to wait 30 days, thereafter it was 15 days. When I queried with them I was told refund was processed but yet nothing in my account. I have had a good relationship since 2019 but lately something seems wrong. I called Waine and his phone went unanswered, he eventually blocked my number, emails went unanswered unfortunately I will have to report a case of theft, good thing I have a trail of emails for promise of a refund.
