Stay away from Raru !!

As many others before me , Raru took my money, kept making false promises about my item being shipped and telling lies about my product being held up at customs. . to which I schooled them by reminding them its a locally manufactured item with a LOCAL supplier,hence it has no place at customs.

Eventually I am at a point where they have agreed on a refund , however , they are completely unable to tell me when this might happen as "they have a massive backlog on refunds", did not know that was a thing.

Reading through the reviews prior to mine , I fear this refund may never happen. I will be getting the Ombudsman involved.
