Slow Deliver, poor customer service.

Raru can't properly organise shipping of orders. Apparently a graphics card is too big for air shipping? Which is utter nonsense. Their support staff is totally unwilling to assist customers. I dealt with Rene and Dax and both of them are completely ***********. I will never make use of Raru again.
