********! Full of excuses. They do not deliver the products nor follow through on refunds.

I placed my order on the 25th May 2022. Delivery was due 15th July 2022. Nothing arrived. I contact Customer Services to find out where my order was/

Their response: "We have followed up on your order item request, however it did not arrive with our latest shipment form the supplier as expected. It's estimated to arrive at our warehouse in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Bronwynne"

I had already waited 6 weeks so I requested a refund and was told this would take up to 15 days. After 17 working days I contacted them to ask why I was not yet refunded and this is the new response:

"Upon viewing your profile we note that you on 17 working days since refund was requested and acknowledged .Our refunds process time is 15 working days however we are currently experiencing high volumes of requests and may exceed the normal process time .We ask you please bare with us we will ensure your request is processed Sincere apologies for the delay of your refund . Kind regards Micheala"

Excuse after excuse. I would not recommend them.
