I purchased something in May. After several weeks delay I was told it was out of stock but they had a more expensive item available. They assured me the more expensive item was in stock. I agreed and paid the difference and four weeks later (after I kept asking why it had not shipped) there was no stock of that item either.

I then demanded a refund which I am still waiting for seven weeks later.
