Reported RARU to CSGO

Ordered a book in April 2022, by July they were still giving me the “supplier issues” **** so I requested a refund. Was told to wait 15 business days for refund, after 15 business days there was still nothing so I reported them to CGSO on 11 August & my refund has been processed 2 weeks later.
