Replacing hijacked goods at their own expense

Late compliment, for November 2015:<br> <br> I pre-ordered Black Ops 3 for PS4, it never arrived on release day. <br> <br> After checking my email, I was notified by Dax that the courier was hijacked and the parcel was ******.<br> They had already organised a replacement to be shipped to me, at their own expense, without me having to ask.<br> <br> Most businesses wouldn't offer a replacement, as technically it's not their fault.<br> <br> Keep up the good work!
