Refunds and Poor Customer Experience

The company prob has one of thee most ***** refund policies of all times and refunds are added to a "queue" to be processed in batches. Clearly indicating some ***** cash practices while they await more income to pay expenses.

This is the second time I have waited over a month for my cash back, just bewarned.
