Refund of order

I have ordered for a sewing group books online with raru. Place order and paid in June 2022. After numerous emails about books with classes and other people's money involved I cancelled order think in sept. No refund of money no books received. No replies on my email and my friends thought I walked of with there money. Would just like everyone's money back as I cannot afford to pay them
