refund not received .

Placed an order with RARU on 13th January , On 2nd April I requested a refund to my credit card after only receiving 2 of 7 items ordered . Was told it would take about ten days , next I was told it takes 15 days , that was 23 days ago . So I've been out of my cash for 3 months and 2 days !
