REFUND & BAD SERVICE

I Ordered a Duvet set as to which i was mislead with the delivery date. I then cancelled the Order and requested a refund, it has been week 3 and still they are giving me the run around as to when i can expext my Refund. They are quick to take your money and then its an issue to give it back. This is completely unprofessional and will never purchase from them again. i advise the same as to whom wants to buy from Raru.
