Raru's pathetic service

I use to have excellent service from Raru but lately its been terrible. I cancelled two pre orders and on both occasions I asked to have my card credited and both time they added it to my account. Now I use the credit to buy vouchers and its be 24 hours and the site says "Awaiting Payment" but they used credit I had to for the vouchers. I'm sorry Raru but my last R15K is the last time you will see me buy from you.
