RARU=Ridiculous Absurd Repulsive Useless

If you are reading this and contemplating purchasing something from this **** website- DON'T !!! Get whatever you want elsewhere - even if it costs more. I ordered 2 items and about a week later was told that the supplier no longer stocks 1 of the ordered items (contrary to their website which stated otherwise). I then requested that the order be cancelled in totality and a refund issued. They cancelled the order but stated that a credit to the total order value will be placed on my account. I declined the credit and insisted on a refund. It is now almost 3 weeks which have lapsed and the excuses from customer support are incredibly weak. By the look of things it doesn't seem that they intend to refund at all. Case in point: read the other similar reviews left by HelloPeter users + the fact that this company doesn't bother to peruse, let alone respond to reviews. I will wait a few more days - but if there is still no refund..I intend to open up a case of theft or let my lawyer handle things legally.
