Just want to express my satisfaction and gratitude with the ***es over at raru.co.za.

No retailer on the planet is perfect, there are too many customers with too much of a wide range of opinions, issues and perceptions of how things work. Things always happen and go wrong no matter what thats why I value retailers on how they handle issues or queries. Whenever I have a query, i email ********** and I am given an answer to a question or a solution to an issue very quickly and always to my satisfaction. I can tell that the people there are not zombie clock watchers who dont give a damn unlike some other large online retailers in SA.

So long as you keep it up guys, I will be returning over and over again. Congratulations on being the only consistent online retailer in the country as far as great deals go, looking after the client and communication is concerned. Cheers
