RARU - WORST ONLINE RETAILER

This is the WORST online retailer in SA!!!! I ordered an item with a long wait time, 3 weeks to be exact. It was expected to arrive on 17/08/2022 - I requested a refund on 31/08/2022 and they kept quoting Statutory Acts to me about waiting a whole 30 business days for MY OWN MONEY for a service that they have not delivered! It is now way past those 30 days and I still have not received my refund! Its just PATHETIC! Don't ever buy from them.
