RARU - What a disappointment!

In terms of product variety Raru can almost get you anything. The problem is that they never receive the items you ordered and always extent the waiting period or just reply to the emails you send that they apologize etc and that they are in constant contact with their suppliers. I ordered a gift for my husband December 2021 and to date it is still late. I even ordered more items as I struggled to find it on other website adding the items onto my late order to save on delivery costs. Again I waited a long time only to find that the items is still not received by RARU. After another email they said that I can also cancel my order and receive a credit on my profile for a later stage. This is just the point; if they couldn't deliver in 8 months time what is the change they will ever delivery the items I order in future. I spend a lot of hard earned money to get my husband a gift and now I might never see the gift or my money. Heavily disappointed, they should not be allowed to be an online shop.
