RARU we love to take your money and not deliver!

My order was placed and pay in June. After months going back and forth with them; with regards to when I will receive my item. When phoning the phone number on there website and email; no one every picked it up. Not once dis I receive a call back; after I left a message. I did answer there emails but the only feedback I got was that they are in contact with there suppliers. The same response just different versions for months. I asked for a refund but each time they said we can credit my account. My response was no; I will never use your services again. RARU still went ahead and credited my account after I specifically said I will never order something from them. To which I was informed that I will go into a refund que and that there is no estimated time as to when I will receive my money.

This morning I found this message staring at me on there website:

Due to unfortunate circumstances we have no choice but to stop taking orders.

More information will be provided in due course.

There it is; your money was taking and no product was received. Shame on you RARU.
