Worst online shop in South Africa.

They falsely advertise delivery dates. On average you should times the delivery date by four. It’s been six months since an item was to be delivered still nothing. Customer service does nothing. I asked for a refund. They now have an excuse that it would take longer than 15 working days to even Contact you. So I assume I would only get my money back next year? If I am lucky. Starting to be very concerned about this company or should I say suspicious.
