Raru - Terrible service and Terrible customer relations

I placed an order in August of 2021 and am still waiting for my product. I've been emailing then back and forth and it's been a complete ****show of answers. They're all excuses and are blaming everything else except their own incompetence.

Stay far away from this place. It really went downhill. And I used to love them.

One of the few places in South Africa you can get some of these items but it's really not worth the stress. I'm really disappointed and quite frankly peeved off at this point.
