Raru sucks

Had an absolute terrible experience with them. Ordered a product worth R6500. A week after ordering the product was suppose to arrive. When it did not I called them only to here some story about supplier issues. A month later the product still hasn't arrived. They then let me know I will get it in this week only to drop me a mail stating that the product was lost in transit how should they proceed??? It is important to note never have they picked up the phone to contact me it was always me calling them.
