RARU - shocking customer service

Strongly advise that you do not place orders with Raru. Ordered items from Raru.co.za in April 2021. Followed up numerous times on status of delivery. I then got an ETA confirmed for September 2021. I followed up in Oct again as nothing was delivered. I then accepted part delivery of order (2 of 3 items) and cancelled the balance of order and requested refund in Oct. Followed up on refund in dec 2021 and was told refund had been made on 3 Dec 2021. I confirmed zero funds in account and did another follow up and was told refund would happen on 13 Jan 2021 - as at 16 Jan no refund has been made. Empty commitments and zero pro-active communication to keep a customer informed.
