Raru sells damaged goods !!

Ordered a Pearl Jam (PJ20) blu ray. The case was damaged and the disc was non-existant!. On querying with their support team I was sent a mail, completely shirking responsiblity for their absolute failure and informing me that the pics I had sent them of the damaged item was not in fact sent from them, but rather from Musica! Unacceptable! This needs to be rectified ASAP else a barrage of social media facts regarding Raru will ensue.
