Raru's indescribable bad imports department

<p>I have ordered from Raru a few times now and they have a wide selection of items to browse from and some of these items are actually at a decently low price. On 21 Desember I found such a item which I bought then right away because it was listed in the imports department. A few weeks went by and I didn't receive any update on the item. I called Raru about a week after the item should have already been delivered there by the employee told me he was going to follow up on this for me. Three more days past when I called again, another employee told me the item was lost in transit BUT they wil put in a reorder and I will definitely have the item as soon as they have it. Again two week past, in the two weeks I did send a few mail with most of them not getting any feedback. After a good while I got irritated and called them , this happened on 14 Febuary . I got connected for the firts time with Linda the manager of the imports deparment. I explained my situation on which she rep**** she is just going to refund me. I when explained to her that I got the items for a good discounted price and would like to have the items still be send to me. The manage **** and told me they have no such items available anymore. I then placed an order for two different suppliers one from UK and ons from US to show her that Raru does have the items available and can put in the order.</p> <p>After she realizes that I found the item she she started emphasizing the price difference of the item now and when I ordered the item. </p> <p>As soon as I told her but I ordered the item from Raru regardless of the price difference the talked overme repeating she will only be able to refund me.</p> <p>This was not the only import and local order that Raru has failed to deliver, Desember 2016 I ordered a Samsung exturnal drive which they them change to a Transend exturnal drive and said they have to give my the transend, Sorry.</p> <p>I am extremely pro-online shopping but no online shopping company was disappointing as Raru was.</p>
