Purchased a smart watch from them this morning, payment went through and seemed well. Saw my order was cancelled around 12 today. Phoned the support line and was told I will be given store credit, and I if I want my money back I need to send something in writing. What **** are these people running? Instead of telling me they will reimburse me I'm told I now have store credit? Absolutely despicable, first and last attempted purchase for me from this retailer
