Raru returns policy is a Joke

I returned 2 items to Raru costing R196 for a credit. I was billed R19 handling fee and R129 shipping charge. (My request was submitted within 24hrs of me receiving the product. Product was not opened and I paid for delivery cots) No way during the returns request was I informed of a shipping charge of R129. Meaning I lost 75% of my purchase and it took them 3 weeks to resolve return request. Im left with R48 of R196 as a credit, this credit wont even cover delivery cost for Raru.

Raru is a Joke when compared to Takealot's service.
