Raru refund horror!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. Placed order 18 Dec 2019. On 20th I was informed order is pending untill January 2020 end as no stock. I requested a refund and to date nothing is processed. Credit was placed on my account. When I called today I was informed I am in a que to be refunded and this will take another 2 weeks at the least. Maybe more. Furious right now as I had to purchase items elsewhere in December and still not refunded. Trying to escalate refund does not help either.
