Raru preorder is a big no no

Ordered an item, stock was delayed twice. When I requested a refund, they said I have to wait because "there's a refund que". How many refunds do you have to process. It's been more than 48 hours. I personally feel they're giving me the run about to try and avoid giving me my money back.
