Raru poor/no service

I am still experiencing bad and no service from Raru online shopping, Please do not make the same mistake as me. I am still waiting for a refund from this company. I have purchased a product end of December that never arrived and then said that I would like a refund. Today is the 18 March and no refund and if I phone I don't get through to them. I think it is very disgusting for someone to take your money then not able to deliver a services but then also hold on to your money!!!Please do not use this service provider ever,
