RARU Please Refund My Money!!!!

Order an item on 2nd Mar 2022. Due numerous excuses, I cancelled it on 5th July 2022. To day, I am still waiting for my refund. A lady by the name of Bronwynne responds with the same statement each time I request feedback on my refund.
