Raru owners are shameful theives

We ordered some expensive books for clients with a value of over R3000 in July 2022. They never arrived so in October 2022 we requested a refund. It was promised to us by end October 2022... It never was refunded. Now their website is closed and no response is ever made to emails. Terrible that the people involved in Raru online, don't care about their customers and just ***** their money. Shameful.
