Raru orders are overdue by multiple months

If any of you have considered ordering anything from Raru ...just don't... Do not trust these people with your money! They give you a made up lead time and then after you make payment your lead time explodes to over a couple of months because they have supply issues. I currently have three orders with Raru that are multiple months overdue already. I email them at least three times a week and every time they give me the same copy and paste response.
