RARU ONLINE SHOPPING BOOKSTORE - NOT REFUNDING

I have tried everything to get my refund from RARU Online Shopping who do not provide you with feedback and when they do they use generic email replies. I was told I had to wait 30 business days! It is not 38 BUSINESS DAYS and still no refund. No matter what I do and ask, I have threatened legal action and all sorts and still no reply. On the 5 October 2022 I gave them a FINAL chance to sort this out and they just don't bat and eyelid.

The absolute worst to deal with and because of their actions I lost a client for my bookshop for starters, they advertise books that they do not have stock of which by my accounts is false advertising which I pointed out to them on email and they just do nothing. All I wanted was my refund for a mere R800 and they are refusing point blank to pay me what is due to me. Their business does not have a contact number and I serious am beginning to think that they are running an online ***** with regards to books. I deal with the same publishing houses that they do and they just do not give a damn what they have done.

RARU I sincerely hope you are proud of the reputation you have now as I do believe I am not the only person with issues looking at the posts on internet and the various book groups to the TERRIBLE, SHOCKING AND HORRIFIC service you provide.

I think honestly that your comment on one email stating that you are waiting for your refunds department - I do not believe you have one for starters now and no matter what I say you feel justified to do do what you have done.

I clearly stated I did not want a credit but my money returned and you blatantly ignored me and then told me it has to do with the electronic and telecommunications act (I have the emails).

What is so hard to reimburse someone or make arrangements if you do not have the funds to do so and be honest?!?!?

As I believe this is not fair and what you are doing is in fact ******** - hw would you feel if you were in my shoes?
