RARU Online Shopping - A TOTAL ****!

On 31st December 2021, I ordered book online from the RARU online store. On the 3rd I received an out of stock notification. I have since then been waiting for a refund, all I get is a feeble reply that my refund is in for processing. It has now been 22 working days and no refund. Regarding the rest of my order - its a total disaster as no status update or information is given after countless requests. Stay AWAY from this online retailer - they are ************!!! It's been taking so long to get any reply out of them, and if you do, its feeble pathetic excuses. Out of principal, I am now in the process of taking legal action of getting my own back.
