RARU Online Shopping

I ordered a CD on 8 April and was promised shipment on 11 May (as the item had to be imported). When asked why delivery was delayed, I was given the lame excuse that they are awaiting stock and cannot give a new delivery date, all due to "import limitations". Really? If you know that you cannot deliver on imported items, you should remove these from your catalogue
