RARU, online shop, Terrible lead times.

I ordered a small set of tuners for my guitar. The order was placed and payed on the 18's of July. It is now 12 November and I have yet to receive my order,

The only feedback I got was a lousy customer service email with a poor attempt of an apology to cover their inability to deliver a service they are providing. I found this email to be offensive, they clearly are underestimating the intelligence of their clients, or they simply do not care.
