Raru online is a disgrace

I ordered a gift for a friends birthday online at Raru. I paid for it same day December 20 and my order was estimated to be delivered 22 January. I just didn't understand how it takes 30 days to deliver something within south Africa. On eBay my orders usually arrive in two weeks from the USA. its now the 23rd of January 2019 and my order has not even been dispatched. I queried about cancelling my order apparently if you paid using masterpass they cant refund you but they give you store credit. I think Raru is a disgrace to online shopping and they don't understand that its supposed to be more convenient and deliver on time. I will stick with Takealot at least they deliver in two days.
