RARU Online disaster.

I have ordered a book online through RARU for R376 including delivery on 20/7/22 and paid by credit card. Order nr RCO-45E-D5E. Expected delivery was about 9/8/22. On 31/8/22 RARU was unable to provide any meaningful feedback on the delivery date. On 2/9/22 I request them to cancel the order and refund me. They agreed and said that the refund may take up to 30 days. It looks as if they are not going to refund me. Can you please help.
