RARU - not an online retailer : 3+ months of non-delivery

What are raru? Because they're not an online retailer, online retailers sell stuff. RARU just take your money and then mail back and forth about how they can't deliver what you thought you ordered.

Had non-delivery for 3+ months on two successive orders. Don't even bother trying to get books online, you'll just get mails with sad stories about global backlog.. Which will be used as the excuse for every other item in your order too.

Nonsense excuses from "customer care". Why are items marked in-stock when there's no idea on when or if they'll even be delivered at all.
