RARU not able to deliver on orders

I have used them before, but this time something is wrong. Seeing other complaints am sure they are no longer able to supply goods ordered and seem unable to refund clients if they cancel. The longest wait period was for some books I ordered was about 10 days, I was fine with that. My order was placed on the 30 Sep 2022. Nothing yet, their excuse is "We've been experiencing some lingering hold-ups with deliveries from the distributor of these items , but our stocks are slowly trickling in". Not my problem. Get rid of those distributors. Doubt if I will buy from them again. If they want to gain back trust deliver what you have and then later what is outstanding.
