RARU non existent service

Do not use RARU i have ordered from them multiple and they cannot fulfill an order if you place an order you won't get it if , its always an issue with the supplier and they can't tell give a time frame as to when you will get your order , and when you ask for a refund you will wait months because there always an issue system went down or the person who must approve the refund is on leave etc there's always some excuse .Plus to top it all off staff are very rude Cynthia has a don't care attitude and insulted me and Rene is incompetency personified she has zero customer relation skills. Rather use takealot or loot.co.za
