RARU - NO service - DO not order from them

I am warning people to stay away from the mail-order company, RARU. I ordered in March from them - three months later I still do not have my ordered items. Their call centre is not in operation because of COVID - how absurd - other companies are operating! When you write an email to them you get the same stock response that they are awaiting stock from their suppliers. But still, they state on the webpage that the items are available within 14 working days - 14 days have become THREE MONTHS!!! There are absolutely no services - they do not even deserve a one-star rating - theirs should be on a minus scale!
