Raru is dishonest

I have shopped at Raru before with no issue, got my items. This time around i ordered 2 items thinking nothing of it. They sent me a time that the items would be shipped and i was content. The time quickly came Near but i only saw one item was ready. The day it was meant to be shipped came and gone with no shipment. I waited for a few days and contacted them for info on my items as it was intended for a gift. I was told that the one has not arrived (even tho on their site it states clearly dispatches within 25-35 days) and that i should wait but they can send the one that is there. Even though i appreciate the gesture i declined as the items are meant as a gift and i would not like to split them.

3 weeks go by with no info so i asked again woth the same excuse they cant tell me when the eta is… so that means “we cant or will not ask the supplier” and was offered again to ship the other item which i declined again. The next day they sent the item even after i said do not, i do not want the items split. They just blatantly ignored my request and even ignored to supply me with info from the supplier for a eta. Since i orderd the late item it has been in stock twice. So why place an item in stock but you cant supply your customer with the item that purchased the item months ago? If you state that the item is in stock it surely means you have the item doesnt it?

I asked again as the date i needed the items for is coming up next week and all i got was you have to wait and the supplier cant give us an eta on the item.

I would really be hesitant to order anything from raru, they may give you a service at first to hook you and then they will stiff you later. Only risk it of you have no other options but be warned that you may not get your items.
