Raru is a **** website

I'm absolutely shocked with the lack of service or ability to even contact this company. No reply to emails and a note on their website that says the Customer help-line is out of action due to Covid. Whattt? Oh my goodness! I bought my son's school books from this site in October, never for a minute thinking there would be an issue. He starts this week and we have no books. Is anyone able to assist with getting thru to this company. Is seems to be a ****.
