Raru is a **** organisation - don't go near them!!

Ordered a DVD, which wasn't even DISPATCHED after 4 months!

Impossible to contact or communicate with - and when they did they offered me store credit! I'll have my cash back, thank you very much. I'll never use the store credit because I'll never buy anything from Raru ever again!
